Our Approach

Collab Electrical Group worked closely with the project team to deliver a modern, reliable, and energy-efficient electrical installation that met the technical requirements of the pavilion while supporting Bayside City Council’s sustainability goals. The scope included new main switchboards, sub-boards, and full power distribution to all functional areas, ensuring safe and future-ready electrical capacity throughout the facility.

Lighting was a key focus, with a combination of energy-efficient LED fixtures, durable IP-rated fittings, and automated controls, including motion and daylight sensors, tailored to both internal and external spaces. The team also installed emergency and exit lighting, fire alarm interfaces, mechanical plant connections, and data cabling, while supporting sustainable systems such as solar infrastructure and efficient hot water. These upgrades delivered a robust, adaptable, and environmentally conscious electrical system that enhances functionality, safety, and user experience across the pavilion.
